Funded FAQ
Evaluation rules, payouts, resets, trading controls, account review and payment questions.
What is the payout schedule?
- First reward review: you may request the first review after at least 14 reward-account days. The review window can extend to 30 days when more trading history, identity checks or risk review is needed.
- Successful payout: this means a reward payment that has been approved and completed with no unresolved rule breach, identity issue, payment dispute or prohibited-strategy finding.
- First-payout cap: each account tier has a maximum amount that can be approved in its first payout cycle. A larger simulated profit is not automatically payable in that first cycle.
- Scaling: the reward share can increase only after the number of clean payout cycles shown in the programme rules. A clean cycle means the account passed rule, KYC, abuse and payment review.
How do resets and renewals work?
- Drawdown breach: exceeding the daily-loss or total-loss limit is a hard breach and ends that evaluation. Continuing requires a new paid reset; the failed trades and results are not restored.
- Positive expiry: this means the 90-day evaluation period ends with the account above its starting balance, but the full profit target has not been reached and no hard rule was broken. After reviewing the trading history, XTRSK may offer a free retake or a lower-cost renewal. It is not automatic.
- Negative expiry: this means the 90-day period ends below the starting balance, while the account is still inside the permitted loss limits. A discounted reset may be offered after review, but the attempt has not passed.
- Inactivity: an account with no executed trade for 30 consecutive days may be closed. A reset or renewal after closure depends on the account history and current programme terms.
Which trading methods are allowed?
- Manual trading: discretionary manual trading is allowed when every trade follows the account risk limits and prohibited-practice rules.
- Blocked methods: latency or price-feed arbitrage, identity farming, coordinated group hedging and other methods designed to exploit the evaluation environment are not allowed.
- Copying: copying between accounts that you personally own may be reviewed for approval. Copying another trader, pooled signals or opposite-side hedging across a group is prohibited.
How is the account tracked?
- Balance and equity: the system tracks closed results as well as open profit and loss. Floating losses can therefore affect a daily-loss or total-loss decision.
- Risk checks: daily loss, total loss, position exposure, lot size, symbol concentration and open-trade risk are monitored throughout the evaluation.
- Consistency review: XTRSK reviews whether one day, one symbol or one oversized position produced an excessive share of the result. The 1-Step route also applies its stated one-day profit-share rule.
- Audit record: trades, rule events and review decisions are recorded. A pass shown on the dashboard remains subject to final rule and abuse review.
What checks happen before rewards?
- Identity verification: the named trader must complete ID and liveness checks. The account, identity and payment destination must belong to the same person or approved entity.
- Screening: sanctions, restricted-country, duplicate-identity, device and multi-account checks are completed before a reward can be approved.
- Trading review: the team reviews rule compliance, prohibited methods, consistency and unusual execution patterns. Larger Elite requests receive additional manual review.
- Payment disputes: a chargeback, reversed payment or unresolved fee dispute pauses reward eligibility until it is resolved.
Is this a live trading account?
- No. The evaluation account uses a simulated balance and is not a customer deposit, brokerage account or promise that XTRSK will place the same amount of capital with a broker.
- After an evaluation pass, the next stage is a simulated reward-account review. Eligible rewards are contractual payments based on approved simulated performance and the published programme rules.
- The Funded Program is separate from the PULSE EA and its live-account reporting page.
How do the 1-Step and 2-Step routes differ?
- 2-Step: two evaluation phases are completed in sequence. It has a 12% first-phase target, a 6% second-phase target, 4% maximum daily loss and 8% maximum total loss.
- 1-Step: one 15% target is completed in a single evaluation. Because it is the faster route, it uses stricter 3% daily-loss and 6% total-loss limits plus the stated consistency rule.
- Choosing a route: the 2-Step path suits traders who prefer wider risk limits and staged validation. The 1-Step path suits experienced traders who accept tighter limits for a shorter qualification route.
How are the potential-gains figures calculated?
- The figures on the account cards are scenarios, not forecasts or guaranteed winnings. They multiply the displayed simulated profit percentage by the account balance and then apply the starting reward share.
- Example: a €100,000 1-Step reward account showing a 15% scenario produces €15,000 of simulated profit; a 90% reward share produces a €13,500 potential reward before caps and review.
- First-payout caps can be lower than the displayed scenario. Rule compliance, KYC, abuse checks and final approval still apply.
Why is access reviewed first?
- XTRSK checks the requested account size, 1-Step or 2-Step route, platform suitability, country eligibility and any EA requirements before onboarding.
- The review prevents a trader from paying for an account that cannot be supported because of location, identity, platform or strategy restrictions.
Are fees public and what does the fee cover?
- Yes. The one-time evaluation fee for every account and route is displayed on the Funded Program page.
- The fee provides one attempt at the selected simulated evaluation. It is not a deposit into the simulated account and does not increase the amount available for withdrawal.
- A failed attempt does not automatically include another attempt. Any reset, renewal or refund eligibility follows the separate rules explained on this page.
When can rewards be reviewed?
- Passing the evaluation does not create an immediate payout. The trader must first complete the reward-account stage, maintain a clean rule history and submit a reward request after the minimum review period.
- KYC, payment-destination, consistency and prohibited-strategy checks must be complete before approval. The first-payout cap for the selected tier still applies.
Can I use EAs?
- Manual trading and an EA can be considered, but an EA must be reviewed and approved before use. Approval applies to the submitted strategy and version, not to every future modification.
- Latency arbitrage, price-feed exploitation, group hedging, martingale and grid-recovery behavior remain prohibited whether performed manually or by software.
What happens after a breach?
- Hard breach: exceeding the daily-loss or total-loss limit, using a prohibited strategy, sharing an account or failing an identity check can end the evaluation or reward account immediately.
- Review issue: unusual concentration, news exposure, copying or execution behavior can pause the account while the team requests more information. A pause is not automatically a failure.
- After failure: a reset starts a new evaluation under the current rules. It does not delete the audit record or reinstate profits from the failed account.
