One Pulse, One Tick

PULSE takes its name from the smallest unit of price discovery: a single pulse is a single tick. The system is engineered to read micro-level tick movements as they form, participate while the move is active, and close exposure before the trade becomes a slow retail-style position. In markets such as XAUUSD, where sharp movement can build and reverse in seconds, this speed of decision is the edge.

Because the strategy operates at pulse level, it does not depend on any single macro narrative. Trends, ranges, and volatility shifts all generate pulses — and pulses are all PULSE needs. With 18.2 trades executed per day at a 58.9% win rate and a 9.83 risk/reward ratio, the system converts market microstructure itself into return.

Drawdown Discipline — Engineered Under 10%

Capital preservation is a design constraint of PULSE, not an afterthought. The risk framework is built to keep peak drawdown under 10% at all times, through pulse-level entry filtering, strict position sizing, and hard exposure limits. Live evidence across the first three months is materially better than that ceiling: peak drawdown stands at just -2.7% across more than 980 executed trades, with the account currently carrying no open risk.

Backtested 2020 Through April 2026

Before a single euro was committed live, PULSE was validated against tick-level historical data from January 2020 through April 2026 — more than six years of continuous market history. The PULSE system page describes this research profile, covering fast-trigger entries, sharp exits, drawdown sensitivity, and 100 ms–200 ms execution behaviour.

The research window spans every regime a strategy must survive: the 2020 volatility shock, the 2021 trending markets, the 2022 inflation repricing, the 2023–2024 precious-metals bull market, and the most recent market structure through April 2026 as final out-of-sample confirmation. The edge proved persistent across all of them — because it lives in microstructure, not macro.

Monthly Research Returns — Consistency Across Six Years

The monthly breakdown is where the consistency of the pulse edge becomes visible. Across the full January 2020 – April 2026 research window, 71 of 76 research months closed positive (93%), the weakest single research month was -5.77%, and every full calendar year closed strongly positive: 2020 +43.8%, 2021 +70.0%, 2022 +143.7%, 2023 +147.3%, 2024 +140.7%, 2025 +146.9%, with January–April 2026 adding +33.1%.

Why Month Three Matters — And How To Start Immediately

The question with any trading system is whether the edge survives contact with live markets. For PULSE, that question is answered: a real account, running live, in its third month, compounding at +33.4% total return with drawdown a fraction of its engineered ceiling. The track record is building in real time, and participation at this stage means entering at the earliest verified phase of the live record.

The live account is running. The window to start is now. Investors who want to participate can start immediately — contact the team at support@xtrsk.com to begin.
